1. Students worked with pattern blocks to create and continue patterns based off shape or color. Students used up to three different shapes to complete a pattern. Students were given the beginning of a pattern (core) and worked to complete it.

1. Students were given shapes to be represented by a letter and had to complete the pattern based off of that rule. Students were shown a specific letter as represented by A, B, or C and continued or completed the pattern. Students worked on ABAB, AAB, and ABC patterns.
