Activities:

1. Students played the game "Gimme, Gimme", where they had to find a number that the teacher asked for. Students had to sift through a pile of playing cards numbered 2-10 to identify and retrieve a number.

2. Students also played the "Memory" game, where they flipped a playing card over and had to find the same card.

3. Students also practiced writing numbers after counting dots on a domino picture.

Activities:

1. Students used kinesthetic movements to identify geometric shapes (square, rectangle, circle, oval, triangle, octagon, hexagon, pentagon). Students jumped to each shape or color as the teacher called it out. Students used their fingers to trace over the sides of each shape and verbally identified the shapes.
