Activities:
Students rolled a dice two times to create two rules that needed to be applied to a number pattern. The first one involved multiplication and the second rule was addition. Students found a variety of numercial patterns.
Students filled out a puzzle pattern. Students needed to figure out the numercial pattern and write the rule next to it.

Students explained verbally what a fraction is and gave examples. They also identified and explained what the numerator and denominator in a fraction represents.
Students played a game like Bingo. They rolled a die and the number they rolled represented a fraction. Then, students identified the shaded matching fraction.
