Activities:

Students looked around the room and found shapes and figures. Students then used directional words to discribe the shapes.

Students then were given 3D foam shapes and given different positional and directional instructions for them to execute with their shapes.

Students took turns being "Simon" and instructing their peers to execute directional and positional acts.
