The students rolled 3 dice, and added all of the numbers up. We played a "bump" game where they would cover the sum of the number rolled. We discussed if the answer would change if the numbers were in a different order, and checked to verify. We talked about using the pairs of numbers that make 10 to make adding the three numbers simpler.
